Monday, September 18 - Sunday, September 24:
Keeping focus on my goals is really helping me to improve.
This was my focus for the week 5:
- Go to sleep early and wake up early
- Drink 0.5 liters of water immediately after waking up
- Morning work-out or evening walk (do both if you have time)
- Spiritual practice and meditation for at least 30 min
- Write a small report story every day here in KreativeKafe about what's going on
- Cooking everyday (meals and lunch for school)

I'm moving forward and at list for 2 days this week I was able to complete two more important things. One of them is going to sleep and wake up early. Technically, because of school I have no option but to wake up at 6:45 am in order to drive my son on time to classes. My trouble is evening, but at least I managed to be in bed by 11:30 pm.
