Something is definitely wrong with my plan. It's so easy to plan before the action starts, but when you are full of activities, it's hard to stick with the original idea.
In the beginning my plan was the following:
- Go to sleep early and wake up early
- Drink 0.5 liters of water immediately after waking up
- Morning work-out or evening walk (do both if you have time)
- Spiritual practice and meditation for at least 30 min
- Write a small report story every day here in KreativeKafe about what's going on
Up to day there is only one part of the plan I never missed: drink 0.5 liters of water immediately after waking up. I don't need even to think about this step, it's automatic. Wake up - drink your water ))). And if I'm about to forget, my body immediately gives me a sign.
Why to drink 0.5 liters of water immediately after waking up?
Some time ago I read an article about drinking water therapy. The idea is simple: drinking enough water at correct timing during day is not only hydrating yourself, but a way of preventing many diseases in the future, from heart and digestive problems to diabetes and many others.
I got curious and decided to start with a very simple approach: to drink about 500 ml of water (room temperature) on an empty stomach and not eating 45 min after that. After a couple of months of following this simple procedure my body is very happy and I have a new good habit. Now it's time to investigate more seriously about drinking water therapy and use it at full.
