Today I start an important project just for myself. For a long time I'm in search for peace and harmony in life. Ancient wisdom says that happiness and joy are found in the inner self, not in outside world or people around you, no matter how close they are. Yes, it only took me 42 years to understand this fact on a level deep enough to start doing something serious about it. And one more time yes, I profoundly got it: it's only you who can make the difference and transform yourself in the person you want.
And what do I want? I want to enjoy life and be happy, to transmit creative energy I have inside from the Great Creator and give love to everything around me. May be that sounds naive or old-fashioned and a bit silly or too romantic, but it won't stop me.
Everyone of us has his own challenges in life and goals hard to achieve but I truly believe we are all destined to be happy in life. Like in old fairy tales, where despite of all hardships and sorrows the hero always finds his dream and achieves tough mission, becoming stronger, wiser and a deeper individual than before. Yes, this is one more crazy thing I have to say: fairy tales are real, you can always start a new one by yourself, just move forward!
I'm really starting with some very basic steps. They are so simple that my own brain was rejecting them for a long time, convincing me to find something more sophisticated to do. But I won the battle and here is the plan. Every day I start doing 4 easy things. I already tried each of them one by one and now it's time to combine and get new experience.
In search of happiness: 4 easy everyday steps to start transformation to a happy life
- Going to sleep early and waking up early
- Drinking 0.5 liters of water immediately after waking up
- Morning work-out or evening walk (do both if you have time)
- Spiritual practice and meditation for at least 30 min
Oh, I see that I forgot one more important step:
Step #5 - write a small
report story every day here in KreativeKafe about what's going on.
Sounds easy, but that's a real challenge for me, especially when my son starts his school year on Monday, August 21st. Can't believe he is in 8th grade! Mamma mia!
See you soon and have a wonderful day!
