Many thanks to Julia Cameron for introducing this everyday meditation practice in my life. I've been writing diaries for years off-line and on-line, but never considered those notes as something special. Morning pages are much more than a chronicle of everyday life, it's a bond with life, God and myself. It's not just writing, but a source of inspiration, finding new ideas and developing new "me", creating new future and simply enjoying every day of living. I can make just usual 3 pages or much more. Most of the stories are just for myself but sometimes I see something I'd like to share with everyone. Because life if beautiful! :)
